So you’ve been doing everything you can to reveal those sexy abs.

Well, here are few simple reasons why you simply can’t see your abs……. yet.
#1 You’re too fat
Simple, but true. Men need to go below 10% bodyfat if they want to see their abs.

#2 The six-pack that you keep in the fridge
You know what I’m talking about mate.
The f*ckin beer (alcohol) you drink every week.
Not only does alcohol have 7 calories per gram, but alcohol also causes a hormonal shift in your body towards storing stomach fat.
Skip the beer – Stick with water
#3 Your ab muscles aren’t thick enough
You only do normal crunches with 50-100 reps per set.
Why? Why do your train all your other muscles (chest, legs, bicep, back etc) with heavy weight within the 8-14 rep range but when you train your abs you do millions of reps? Doesn’t make any sense.
Do ab exercises with weights.
#4 You’re stressing your abs away
Being stressed out all the time can actually lead to more fat production.
Get more sleep. Take your time off and learn to relax.
Your abs will thank you for it.
