Arnold Schwarzenegger, 7x Mr. Olympia, king of the golden age of bodybuilding, the Terminator, the Governator and overall badass.
We’ve worshipped his physique for year. His massive chest, symmetrical back and aesthetic yet massive legs.
But how did he do it? It turns out that Arnold’s chest and back workout was insane! It consisted of over 50 sets! Guys normally do around 12-18 sets per workout. So you can imagine how intense it was.
He supersetted chest and back exercises together and did this workout 2-3x per week.
Are you man enough to try it? You sure? Okay here it is.
