If you always hope to get a workout in before work but fail miserably due to time constraints, pay attention!
This new bus service may suit your needs perfectly. It has been reported that some London buses are going to be fitted out with spinning studios that will allow you to take a spinning class while on your commute to work.
The people behind the idea are a boutique gym by the name of 1Rebel. Their gym spinning classes were always overbooked, so they thought of a way in which busy Londoners could save time and still get a great workout in.
There will be four locations in London that people will be picked up at and the bus will end at the 1Rebel studio where a studio and a shower awaits for those needing to go to work. They have been talking with different bus companies to get this up and running.
The co-founder James Balfour had this to say:
“It is an absolute no brainer for us that we can create more efficiency in people’s routines by transforming their commute.
“For those who want the components of a class, but perhaps don’t have the time to commit during the day, this provides a great solution for them to maximise time they would otherwise be spending just travelling to work.”
What would happen when buses stop suddenly we wonder?
