This huge guy is definitely really strong and probably stronger than 99% of all guys who are training in the gym.
But the form this guy uses is terrible to say the least, he bounces the weight off of his gut and by doing that he is making the exercise much easier than it should be.
Have you ever seen anyone lift like this? If you do let us know, we’d love to learn why people do this. Perhaps this was a all a joke? I don’t know.
