You have to make sure that you are eating on a nutritional pattern that supports muscle growth, that your training is at point and that you are sleeping enough so your body can grow.
Being lean, being ripped, all of that stuff it takes a very disciplined lifestyle. I bet you see people all of the time with nice arms & nice shoulders but they got a gut. Because something is out of place.
