Steroid and bodybuilding expert Jason Blaha from Juggernaut fitness made an interesting video the other day. Most dedicated lifters train about 5-6 times per week and probably like it that way. In this video Jason talks about that you definitely don’t need to train that often to reach your goals in the gym. Unless you are a competitive athlete and your life is prefect you should not be training 5-6 times per week.
