So this guy did way too heavy squats with a barbell that is not made for loading heavy weights on it. This bar is not designed for heavy squats, there are barbells that are acutally made for this stuff. Not to mention the terrible quarter squats and ego lifting.
When training heavy in the gym don’t be one of those guys doing quarter reps with way to much weight, this guy is probably strong as hell but he is still trying to push it too far.
