This is a Killer Chest Pumping Circuit Workout that you can try in your own chest training routine. This one is going to pump up your pecs like crazy!
We’re going to start with a set of dumbbell flys for 10-15 reps. Don’t go too heavy, but rather focus on using perfect form and really feeling the chest stretch with each rep.
After the dumbbell flys move on to low pulley cable flys. This is an awesome isolation exercise for the chest. It looks similar to the dumbbell fly, but it feels totally different. With cables you get constant tension on the pecs and you really have to fight to hold that peak contraction at the top of the move.
Finally, finish off with a set of push ups. Just rep out til failure on this one. Push ups are an awesome way to finish off the circuit routine and really burn out the pecs.
Try to keep the rest short between sets, 30 seconds tops. Then rest 2-3 minutes between each circuit and repeat the circuit 3-4 times in a row.
